 🥬 Cabbage Millet Fried Rice (క్యాబేజీ మిల్లెట్ ఫ్రైడ్ రైస్)

🧂Ingredients:

•Foxtail millet (korra) – ½ cup (cooked)

•Cabbage – 1 cup (shredded)

•Carrot – ½ (grated)

•Spring onion – 2 tbsp

•Soy sauce (low sodium) – 1 tsp

•Olive oil – 1 tsp

•Salt & pepper – as needed

👩‍🍳Preparation:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add spring onion & sauté.

2. Add cabbage, carrot – stir fry 2 mins on high flame.

3. Add cooked millet, soy sauce, salt, pepper.

4. Toss well for 2 mins & serve hot.
