Tindora / Ivy Gourd – 250 g

Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil – 2 tbsp

Curry leaves – few

Garlic paste – ½ tsp (optional)
🧂 Preparation Steps

Wash and slice tindora lengthwise or round as you prefer.

Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and garlic paste, sauté for a few seconds.

Add chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown.

Now add tindora pieces, salt, and turmeric. Cover and cook on a low flame until soft.

Once cooked, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
