🥣 Moong Dal Soup (పసరపప్పు సూప్):
🧂Ingredients:
•Yellow moong dal – ¼ cup
•Garlic – 2 cloves
•Ginger – ½ inch
•Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
•Salt – to taste
•Ghee – ½ tsp (optional)
•Water – 1½ cups
👩🍳Preparation:
1. Wash moong dal & pressure cook with garlic, ginger & water (2 whistles).
2. Mash well or blend lightly.
3. Add salt, pepper & simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add a drop of ghee (optional) before serving.
✨ Rich in protein, light on stomach, perfect for dinner!
