🥗 Oats Vegetable Upma:
🧂Ingredients (for 1 serving):
•Rolled oats – ½ cup
•Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
•Carrot – ½ (chopped)
•Beans – 5 (chopped)
•Green chili – 1
•Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
•Curry leaves – few
•Lemon juice – 1 tsp
•Salt – to taste
•Olive oil – 1 tsp
•Water – 1 cup
👩🍳Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
2. Add onion, green chili, and sauté till soft.
3. Add carrots & beans, cook for 3–4 minutes.
4. Add water & salt. When it starts boiling, add oats slowly.
5. Mix well until water absorbs completely.
6. Switch off and add lemon juice.
