🍗 Restaurant Style Chicken Fry | Crispy & Juicy

A super easy chicken fry recipe that’s crispy outside and juicy inside!
Made with basic spices, this restaurant-style chicken fry is perfect for an evening snack or as a side dish for meals.


🧂 Ingredients

  • 250g chicken (boneless or with bone)

  • 2 tbsp curd (yogurt)

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Curry leaves (few)

  • 4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

  • Coriander leaves for garnish


🥣 Marination:

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

  2. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes to soak in all the flavors.


🍳 Frying

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken.

  2. Fry on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.

  3. Add curry leaves, garlic, and onions — sauté for 2–3 minutes for aroma and taste.

  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
