🍗 Restaurant Style Chicken Fry | Crispy & Juicy
A super easy chicken fry recipe that’s crispy outside and juicy inside!
Made with basic spices, this restaurant-style chicken fry is perfect for an evening snack or as a side dish for meals.
🧂 Ingredients

250g chicken (boneless or with bone)

2 tbsp curd (yogurt)

½ tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder
-
½ tsp garam masala
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Curry leaves (few)

4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 onion (sliced)

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Coriander leaves for garnish
🥣 Marination:

In a bowl, add chicken, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes to soak in all the flavors.
🍳 Frying

Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken.

Fry on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.

Add curry leaves, garlic, and onions — sauté for 2–3 minutes for aroma and taste.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
