Paneer Fry is a delicious, crispy, and flavorful snack perfect for evenings or quick get-togethers. This recipe combines the richness of paneer with Indian spices, garlic, and curry leaves for an irresistible taste.
🧂 Ingredients:

200g paneer (cut into cubes)

2 tbsp curd (yogurt)

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp coriander powder
-
½ tsp garam masala

½ lemon (juice)

Salt to taste

Few curry leaves

4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 small onion (sliced)

Oil for frying

Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Ketchup, lemon wedges & sliced onions (for serving)
👩🍳 Instructions:

Marinate the Paneer:
In a bowl, mix curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat them well. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes. -
Fry the Paneer:
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add the marinated paneer cubes and fry them until golden brown on all sides. -
Add Flavors:
Once the paneer is fried, add curry leaves, chopped garlic, and sliced onions to the same pan. Saute for a minute until fragrant and slightly crispy. -
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle fresh coriander on top. Serve hot with ketchup, lemon wedges, and raw onions for extra flavor.
